In 1994 The Clarence White
Family Life Center was
completed. The Life Center offers
a place of fellowship
and community-building.

We host many civic meetings and
activities. We sponsor Upward
Basketball, Boy Scout Troop 260,
and Kool After School-- programs
that benefit the children and
families of Bonham. We offer a
community-wide Ladies Bible
Study, and many other ministries
and outreach programs.

Throughout our history, our
church has been faithfully
answering the call to make
disciples of Jesus Christ and to
equip these saints to join God at
work in our midst.

We are a church family eager to

of God demonstrated in our
worship, missions, and ministries.

Financial Peace University

Is a 13-week course that
encourages a disciplined
approach to our finances by
examining our behaviors through
humor, life lessons, and
scripture. The course includes

during each class by Dave
Ramsey, author of the Total
Money Makeover, and a person
devoted to helping ordinary
people understand the forces
behind financial distress and how
to set things right-financially,
emotionally and spiritually.


•_______small group
discussions facilitated by Tom
and Liz Talbert that encourage
members to apply the principles
they are learning. Financial
stress is reduced and families
begin to “practice” biblical
principles because application
and structure and commitment
are encouraged through the
power of community. Cost for the
course materials that includes
the videos, a workbook and
software for budgeting is $95.00.
The program is a biblically based
accountability curriculum that
will teach you to manage God’s
money and resources in a Godly
way. It empowers you to make
the right financial decisions to
achieve your financial goals,
teaching you to eliminate debt,
build wealth, and give like never
before. On average, famillies
reduce their debt by $5,300 and
save $2,700 in just 91 days.
Financial Peace University
begins Sunday evening Sept. 13 from
5:00-6:45 in the Family Life
Center. Please call the church
office to sign up, so we can order
the curriculum. You will be
affirmed, encouraged, and
educated to be a better manager
of your gifts and resources. The
cost of the curriculum can be
paid in full or a week at a time.
In 13 weeks that averages to
approximately $7.30, less that an
entree at one of Bonham’s fine
